Osborne appoints Nick Sterling as Managing Director of Property Services Division
19 January 2009Osborne has promoted Nick Sterling, formerly Divisional Director responsible for Operations, as Managing Director of its Property Services Division.
Osborne’s Property Services Division provides responsive repairs, planned maintenances, and ‘Decent Homes’ works to the affordable housing sector. It is one of the largest providers in the country and is responsible for more than 50,000 homes in the south-east. It undertakes repairs on more than 15% of the RSL (Registered Social Landlords) homes in London and key clients include Broomleigh, Family Mosaic, The Crown Estate, Circle Anglia and Russet Homes.
Sterling joined Osborne in February 2008, having spent most of his career in the affordable housing sector.
