Property Frameworks and Partnerships
Osborne has been awarded the Network Rail Operational Property Framework covering southern England. This follows on from the highly successful seven-year construction partnership. The partnership delivered 294 projects totalling £106m in value and included platform extensions, bridges, pedestrian structures, structural work and mechanical & electrical upgrades to station buildings and depots. Osborne is also proud to be part of the DDA Framework and is currently delivering major schemes to improve the accessibility of the railway to all people.
Osborne has also secured the Network Rail Commercial Property Contract, building on thirteen years of continuous related services. This work typically involves planned and reactive maintenance, the design and delivery of bespoke projects such as arches, station houses and other commercial properties.
Osborne has further reactive and planned property maintenance contracts in place with both Network Rail Operational Property and the Train Operating Companies providing geographical coverage from the South of England and East Anglia to Crewe. The service provides multi-functional 24/7 reactive maintenance and specific projects.
