Osborne Construction’s strategy is to focus on clients’ needs. Our proven commitment to working in their interests provides real value for money and gives them the confidence to return to Osborne again and again.
We operate from offices in London, High Wycombe, Reigate, Gillingham and the Isle of Wight, providing integrated design and construction teams for major building projects, including new build, refurbishment and fit-out. We have an outstanding track record of delivering highly complex buildings that demonstrates our technical and management expertise.
Our teams specialise in the education, health and commercial/industrial sectors, and often work in sensitive and challenging environments, such as hospitals, nursing homes, laboratories, universities, colleges and schools. Our sympathetic approach is regularly commended, and we always ensure that high standards of health, safety and welfare are maintained on all of our sites.
Collaborative working methods are an integral part of our approach, both within formal partnering agreements and on projects procured via two-stage tendering. Early involvement in design development and the contribution of our supply chain enable us to deliver best value. Expert advice on buildability, coupled with the use of innovative methods and materials, ensures we deliver practical, cost-effective construction solutions.
As part of the Medicinq consortium we continue to work very successfully with a number of NHS trusts where we provide services from feasibility studies to detailed design management and project delivery.
We are proud of our Framework agreements to develop primary schools in Redbridge, Surrey and the Isle of Wight.

We understand the importance of sustainable construction, and lead project teams to achieve BREEAM accreditation for our clients’ buildings. Our contract for the London Metropolitan University Science Centre is the first education laboratory to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, and we successfully applied the BREEAM for Schools model on Walton Oak Primary School in a partnership with Surrey County Council.
