Rail and property maintenance is an important part of Osborne’s business. We are always looking for multi-skilled tradespeople to maintain the assets of our valued clients, including Network Rail, Spacia and Housing Associations.
Skills based training
- All individuals receive skills based training up to minimum NVQ Level 2
- All individuals are registered on the CSCS Construction Skills Certification Scheme
- On site and/or off site safety training
- All operatives receive annual job reviews
Roger Robbins, Area Supervisor for Property Services, recently won the Raven Housing Trust Cup at Central Sussex College for his outstanding efforts in attaining his Maintenance Operations NVQ.
