I joined Osborne as an office temp about three years ago. I was working for them for about three weeks and they offered me a full time position working in their buying department and so I took them up on the offer, and I’ve been really pleased ever since then.
I joined what’s known as the Graduate Trainee Scheme whereby you spend about three months in each department so you can get an understanding of what goes on within the business and see other aspects of it.
While I was out doing that I decided to change my career path and to become a Quantity Surveyor. So Osborne have supported me in that and since about three weeks I’ve moved over to surveying.
They’ve been very supportive the whole time I’ve been here. They’ve supported me through my career change. I find all senior managers very approachable. In three years time I’m hoping to have qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and my aim is to stay with the company.
